Zhaoonline will be on holidays of the Dragon Boat Festival from May 28 through 30, 2017. Our arrangements for the holidays are as follows:

1. Of Customer Service

Zhaoonline Head Office:

Services like reception, hotline and phone orders will be unavailable from May 28 through 30, 2017, and we will still be available on May 27 (Saturday). The remittances and invoices that occur during the holidays will be handled as soon as we are back in office on May 31.

Zhaoonline Taipei Office:

Will be closed from May 29 (Monday) through 30 (Tuesday). June 3 (Saturday) will be a workday.

Zhaoonline Beijing Office:

Will be closed from May 28 (Sunday) through 30 (Tuesday). May 27 (Saturday) will be a workday.

Zhaoonline Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Beijing Fulite and Shanghai Lugong Office:

Will be closed on May 30 (Tuesday).

2. Of Logistics

2.1 Shipment orders submitted before 0:00, May 27 will be handled before the holidays. Those that are done afterwards will be handled as soon as we are back in office .

2.2 Local pick-ups will be unavailable from 18:00, May 27.
