Zhaoonline will be on holiday of the National Day and Mid-autumn Festival from October 1 through 8. Our arrangements are as follows:

1. Auction will not close from October 1 through 5, and will close normally from October 6.

2. Buy-it-now items can be purchased normally.

At Zhaoonline Shanghai Office:

From October 1 through 7, 2017, all services like reception, hotline and phone orders will not be available. The remittances and invoices that occur during the holiday will be handled as soon as we are back in office on October 9.

At Hong Kong Office:

Office will close on October 2 (Monday) and October 5 (Thursday).

At Taipei Office:

Office will close on October 4 (Wednesday) and from October 7 (Saturday) through 10 (Tuesday), totally 5 days. Service will still be available on September 30 (Saturday).

At Beijing Office:

Office will close from October 1 (Sunday) through 8 (Sunday), totally 8 days. Service will still be available on September 30 (Saturday).

At Guangzhou Office:

Office will close from October 1 (Sunday) through 6 (Friday), totally 6 days. Service will also be available on October 9 (Monday).

At Beijing Fulite Office:

Office will close from October 1 (Sunday) through 8 (Sunday), totally 8 days.

At Shanghai Lugong Office:

Office will close from October 1 (Sunday) through 5 (Friday), totally 6 days. Service will also be available on October 9 (Monday).

Of Logistics

1. Shipping orders submitted before 24:00, September 29, 2017 will be handled before the holiday and shipped out;

2. Local pick-up will not be available from 15:00, September 26, 2017.
