For auctions, all listings will end normally from June 16 through 18, 2018.

1. Of Customer Services

In Zhao Head Office:

All services such as reception, service hotline and phone orders will not be available from June 16 through June 18, 2018. The remittances and invoices that occur during the holiday will be handled as soon as we are back in office on June 19;

In Hong Kong Office:

Office will be closed for 3 days from June 16 (Saturday) through June 18 (Monday);

In Taipei Office:

Office will be closed for 3 days from June 16 (Saturday) through June 18 (Monday);

In Beijing Office:

Office will be closed for 3 days from June 16 (Saturday) through June 18 (Monday);

In Beijing Fulite Office:

Office will be closed for 2 days from June 17 (Sunday) through June 18 (Monday);

In Guangzhou Office:

Office will be closed for 2 days from June 17 (Sunday) through June 18 (Monday);

In Shanghai Lugong Office:

Office will be closed for 2 days from June 17 (Sunday) through June 18 (Monday).

2. Of Logistics:

2.1 All orders submitted before 12:00 a.m. of June 15 will be handled before the holiday. Those that are submitted afterwards will be handled as soon as we are back in office;

2.2 Local pick-up will be unavailable from 6 p.m., June 15.
