Consignment procedures
1. Download our Consignment Form and fill in the details of your consignment. Then send this form to us via e-mail at info@zhaoonline.com .
2. We will reply your e-mail in 2 workdays after receiving your consignment form. If we initially think your Lot auctionable, please send your Lot, and the copy of your certificate to zhaoonline.
Attention: For the consignment of coins and banknotes (like silver/gold coins and banknotes), please contact us again before sending your Lot.
3. We will notify you after receiving your Lot. Then we will do expertization to re-confirm if your Lot is auctionable.
4. Your consigned Lot will be listed on zhaoonline for preview and auction.
5. We will settle with you within 20 workdays after the bidding has ended for your Lot.

Settlement methods
A. The amount goes to your account on zhaoonline (the amount can be used to pay for any Lot you won on zhaoonline);
B. PayPal: The amount goes to your PayPal Account;
C. Bank transfer: The amount goes to your appointed bank account, but you will assume the commission caused.
Consignment insturctions
1. The Consignor makes warranties to have exclusive and absolute ownership and legal right to dispose of the Lot. Without prejudice to any legal interest of any third party, the auction of the Lot shall not violate any relevant law and regulation.
2. The Consignor has, to the best of its knowledge, made full and complete disclosure and described to zhaoonline with respect to the origin and any flaw or defect of the Lot without any concealment and fabrication. The Consignor shall indemnify all the losses of zhaoonline and all expenses and costs incurred in connection therewith arising out of or in any way attributable to any breach of the above warranties.
3. Zhaoonline may suspend any auction at any time under any one of the following situations: (1) zhaoonline has objection to the ownership or authenticity of the Lot; (2) zhaoonline has objection to the explanation of the consignor or the accuracy regarding the Consignor's warranty; (3) any other reasonable causes.
4. The illustration, explanation, auction condition and other media of the Lot are at zhaoonline's discretion.
5. For the Lot consigned, the Consignor can require zhaoonline to change its price or withdraw the Lot before auction, but shall inform zhaoonline in a written form, and be responsible for the fees caused.
