For auctions, all listings will end normally from April 29 through May 1, 2018

1. Of Customer Services

In Zhao Head Office:

All services such as reception, service hotline and phone orders will not be available from April 29 through May 1, 2018. The remittances and invoices that occur during the holiday will be handled as soon as we are back in office on May 2;

In Hong Kong Office:

Office will be closed for 1 day on May 1 (Tuesday);

In Taipei Office:

Office will be closed for 1 days on May 1 (Tuesday);

In Beijing Office:

Office will be closed for 3 days from April 29 (Sunday) through May 1 (Tuesday);

In Beijing Fulite Office:

Office will be closed for 3 days from April 29 (Sunday) through May 1 (Tuesday);

In Guangzhou Office:

Office will be closed for 1 day on May 1 (Tuesday);

In Shanghai Lugong Office:

Office will be closed for 1 day on May 1 (Tuesday).

2. Of Logistics:

All orders submitted before 12:00 a.m. of April 28 will be handled and shipped out before the holiday. Those that are submitted afterwards will be handled as soon as we are back in office.
