Here are the details of our services during moving time:

1. Consulting Service

The service hotline and online consulting service will be suspended from the 28^th of Dec 2018 to the 3^rd of Jan 2019. The services will be resumed on the 4^th of Jan 2019.

2. Logistics and Delivery

All collectibles applied for shipment before 24:00 on the 26^th of Dec 2018 will be all sent out on the 27^th of Dec. The invoices applied for delivery between the 27^th of Dec 2018 and the 4^th of Jan 2019 will be issued successively after the 5^th of Jan 2019.

3. The Reception

The collection and preview services of collectibles will be suspended from the 28^th of Dec 2018 to the 4^th of Jan 2019. The services will be restored on the 5^th of Jan 2019.

4. Consignment for Auction

(1) Mail Service: Consigned collectibles should be delivered to the new address from the 28^th of Dec 2018. (Building 7 Mail Room,Lane 88,Shengrong Road, Pudong District, Shanghai 201203,China). Your consigned items still can be delivered to the original address before the 28^th of Dec 2018. (Building 5, Shanghai Business Park, No.1016 Tianlin Rd, MinHang District, Shanghai 200233, China). We will arrange  to receive them.
