We encourage you to collect your Lot(s) in person, especially when the Lot(s) is/are very precious.

If a customer entrusts a person who lives within the territory of China to collect his Lot, the entrusted agent must show his valid certificate, the buyer's entrustment letter, and the copy of the buyer's valid certificate used in registration. We will duplicate these documents to keep them on file. If a customer entrusts an express company to collect his Lot, he must notify us in advance and tell us the name of the entrusted express company. The employee of the express company who collects the Lot must show his valid certificate, the buyer's entrustment letter, and the copy of the buyer's valid certificate used in registration. We will duplicate these documents to keep them on file. We are not liable for anything happens in the delivery.
